It has been awhile since i last blogged. By the way, shouldn’t i be busy wif my studies? It’s only 10 months to my STPM and i doubt that i haf enough time if i don’t start revising now. Even got lectured by my physics subject teacher.

Neway, went for the freedom film festival in CM yesterday and managed to watch a few scenes of Kopi O Khau Sikit and Rainy Days. It was such a waste i couldn’t stay any longer to watch the other two films which are Twelve 11 and The Invisible Children. Thanks to my friend for ‘ajaking’ me to mamak. sighh.. mamak again? yeah.. mamak again.. Back to the topic, the 4 award winning films are somehow controversial and i can gurantee u would feel aroused if you ever watch it. Worse still, mei chern who was supposed to perform ‘My time’(OST of Twelve 11) in CM din show up. That’s the main reason why i went.

I haf been wondering if i should really be one of Community Communications Centre (Komas) members since i really enjoy serving ppl and fighting for human rights. =D Like my sis who is a journalist, she did try joinin a NGO named ‘Food Not Bombs’ which is strongly against colonialism. This means they don’t support branded stuff, or even eating in places like Mc D, KFC, Starbucks and others. Well, in ancient days, colonialism may mean the control or governing influence of a nation over a dependent country, territory, or people. But nowadays, it also means that a system or policy by which a nation maintains or advocates such control or influence. To them, places like Mc D is a way to colonise the people. This is jus one of the terms you hafta follow in order to be a member. Pretty hard to fullfil? yeah.. that’s y my sis tried but in vain. But somehow, my sista bought their organization’s T-shirts to show support.
